With three Michelin stars and 19 Gault Millau points, Thomas Bühner is one of Germany’s highly decorated top and internationally successful chefs. Currently, he is involved with  La Vie by Thomas Bühner in Taipei and is working on another concept in Düsseldorf, scheduled to open in Spring 2025. He is also involved in numerous global projects as a guest chef, speaker, and consulatant. The Falstaff restaurant guide has just named him “International Ambassador” of the year.
