Esther Henseleit started playing golf when she was 8 years old. She has been a member of the German National Team since 2014, won the bronze medal at the International Women’s Amateur Championship in 2016 and was nominated for the Junior Solheim Cup in 2017.
In 2019 Esther started playing as Professional Golfer on the Ladies European Tour and sensationally finished her rookie year by winning the season-ending Magical Kenya Ladies Open and thus became the third player in LET history to capture the Ladies European Tour Order of Merit 2019 and the Rookie of the Year Award 2019. After this outstanding year, she also qualified for the LPGA and at the end of 2021 she was ranked 98th in the Rolex Ranking and 37th in the LPGA Season Ranking. As a member of Team Germany, Esther won the silver medal at the Olympic Games in Paris 2024 and made history again, as this is the very first medal in Golf for Germany and Europe.
